Automattika Productions was founded by Matthew Kyle Westmeyer, an audio engineer, educator, and music technologist with more than 20 years of professional experience in recording, live sound, sound design, and music technology.

Matthew founded Jam Sessions Studio in 2003, recording and producing artists throughout North Alabama while developing extensive experience in both studio production and live sound engineering.

Since 2016, he has served as Music Technologist and Instructor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he teaches music production, sound design, and music technology while managing professional recording, broadcast, and live production systems supporting more than 100 concerts and events each year.

His work includes immersive multimedia productions, theatrical sound design, public radio productions, Dolby Atmos and spatial audio workflows, Yamaha Disklavier performance systems, large-scale livestreaming infrastructure, and recording projects spanning rock, classical, experimental, and theatrical productions.

This combination of real-world production experience and years of teaching allows Automattika Productions to offer not only professional services, but also expert consultation and technical support for studios, venues, educational institutions, and independent artists.
